To whom it may concern, the recently passed Small Business Jobs Act that was passed earlier this year in September, has a series of interesting new perks which can be greatly used to your advantage. For instance, under the new law, businesses are no longer requiredto list the personal usage of a business cell phone under an employee’s income. Start up costs for businesses this year have been raised from five thousand dollars, to $10,000 for the year of 2010.  In addition, the US Treasury Department will now be issuing a lending fund of $30 billion dollars. An excerpt from the United States Small Business Administration states that  “The law will provide smaller community banks with low-cost capital (as low as 1%) if they go above and beyond 2009 small business lending levels.
