How does this actually work…
The states, Illinois included, have done everything they can to threaten, sue, rob and kill the tobacco industry.
Now they are setting their sights on killing e-cigarettes and the vaping markets.
But Illinois plans to remake its fortunes on marijuana sales. This seems to be a bit hypocritical even for a jaded CPA such as myself. I am even more surprised that this is going forward without an adequate testing model for drivers under the influence. But then those intersection cameras are revenue generators, not for safety issues as stated.
With more gambling stations and more casinos on its way, when does Illinois get the brothels going?
