Is U.S. economic growth threatened by a shortage of qualified workers?

I know this sounds like a recruiting line…

But small-business owners should be concerned about where and how they are going to meet their personnel needs.

As the economy seems to be lurching forward we become more aware of the personnel needs and most have no plan on how to acquire the right people.  I have written where some client’s looks for skills and others look for personality.

As needs for more help becomes more acute than they are now, the business prospects may not be as bright.

Many small firms seeming are noting that few or no qualified applicants are applying for open positions, in light of the national unemployment rate now sitting at a 16-year low of 4.3%.

I again say plan to train them yourself.
