Do you run your business with a budget?   If o how do you develop your budget?  Is it based upon a static increase based on an inflationary increase of say 3% or is it developed on real measurable and planned growth based upon client expectations of the coming year.

If you based your budget or business plan on measurables for a rolling 12 – 18 month.  You can then back you yearly activities into quarters, months, weeks and then even days.

When you break the year into smaller more manage chunks and keep to the measurable, you will succeed in hitting your goals.
