Do you have annual employee reviews?  Do you ever review your employees?

In a new human resources trend, it seems that fewer companies doing annual reviews of employee performance.

Already, 6% of Fortune 500 firms have ditched the process, and many more are likely to follow. Instead, workers receive brief, ongoing feedback quarterly, monthly, and even weekly. The shift saves time and money in the long run.

Nowhere do the sources talk about increasing wages.  Are no raises a growing trend as well?  I know client who have complained about this situation.
