I have a client who had an employee leave because they thought the office was too distracting.

This is a creative company who has movies or music playing constantly in the background.  While apparently finding this too distracting the employee apparently ignored this by having earbuds in all day, to the point of getting their attention extremely difficult.

When I am there I am able to process my work with little impact.

But the Millennial upon leaving has had two positions within a month, so I am curious if it was too distracting or too much like work.  I encourage everyone to know what they are looking for defined before they start looking.  This will limit disappointment and some frustration.
