It is said that taxes are the anchor, but not the value of a CPA relationship.  I have to agree with that statement.

We look at our client relationship as their most trusted advisor, so we treat clients to a high standard.

Not all clients want a “most trusted advisor”, they view tax preparation as a commodity and not the start of a relationship that can go farther and deeper in scope.

We work with some individuals beyond the normal tax season, planning on how the address various income streams.  How to limit taxable income.  Deferring revenue from one year to the next.

We work with clients as much as they want us to work with them.  If they only want a tax return, they will get the tax return, with some observations and areas to look deeper into.
