We all know people, clients or vendors who use or have used cohabitation office space.  This is Regus or We Works or any of the numerous others who rent office space.

What do you think their futures looks like in the post-Coronavirus world? I would imagine it is a bit bleak.

Regus at least gave you slightly more privacy than We Works.  I was told of meetings at We Works where all the confidential company information was covered was easily overheard, by those who scheduled the conference room next, because there were no doors or was it walls.  Possibly because I am a CPA and most of the information I touch is highly confidential, I have a real problem with the free flow of confidential information, beyond those who should have it.

But in the new world, I think people may want walls and doors and the ability to not share their space with the world.  With at this writing there are almost 78,000 deaths of Coronavirus in the US.  This would make me think twice about an open share of facilities.

What do you think the future will look like?
