Many businesses are recognizing that social media may not be the best growth strategy for every business model and are exploring alternative approaches.

I am a member of the industries where social media is not particularly effective for firm growth.  I am essentially looking for B2B clientele.  Most of my existing clients and future clients are not trolling social media for their next CPA, and I can live with that.

It does not mean I have given up on social media, I have just incorporated it into what has been working for me over the years.  To the point that I have been asked how much time I spend on social media. I spend no time on social media, it is all automatic.

So, I don’t adjust to their changing algorithms either.

I have networked, to some degrees of success and failure.

I do SEO optimization, I have designed and geared my website to the best of my ability for SEO.

I also do e-mailed newsletters monthly.

What I do to the website automatically goes out to social media.  New clients who come in talk about the website, not LinkedIn, X or Facebook.
