It now says that some of these people will end up receiving prepaid debit cards. The cards will arrive in a plain envelope from Money Network Cardholder Services.
Or you may have to wait until you file your 2020 tax returns. There will be a form that reconciles the receipt of the stimulus monies and eligibility. I had a client who passed and receive one, I informed the Executor to not cash it and distribute. It would be difficult to claw back from the beneficiaries, to return to the government.
